Payments

Reeler allows to generate tiktok content at scale using our AI avatars. Payments are processed through Stripe, and by using the Service, You agree to Stripe's terms and conditions.

We collect Your email, phone number, and on-site usage data to provide and improve the Service. Our Privacy Policy outlines how We handle Your data.

• You grant Us permission to access and use Your social media accounts solely for the purpose of posting content on Your behalf when You request such actions.
• We do not guarantee the availability, functionality, or continued support of any Social Media Platform integration, as these platforms may change their APIs, terms, or access requirements at any time.
• You understand that Social Media Platforms may remove content, restrict account access, or take other actions against Your account based on the content posted, regardless of whether it was created using our Service.

• You retain ownership of the content You create using our Service, subject to any rights We retain in our underlying technology, AI models, and templates.
• You grant Us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
• You represent and warrant that any content You create and post using our Service does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content You create and post complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to copyright, trademark, defamation, and privacy.

Third-Party Platform Compliance

Our Service is designed to help You create content for various social media platforms, but We cannot guarantee that content created through our Service will be accepted by or comply with the requirements of any third-party platform. You acknowledge that:

• Each Social Media Platform has its own terms of service, community guidelines, and content policies that may change at any time.
